We are a quiet, semi rainforested property on a private lake only 6 kms from the township of Sooke or 50 minutes from Victoria. Many of our spectacular beaches and quaint oceanfront dining restaurants are a short drive away. Here is a breakdown of our units: Rates and Accommodation Info The "Park House" is a Vacation Home, post and beam vaulted ceilings and timber stairway to the second floor which has 2 bedrooms plus a master bedroom with ensuite, the main floor has a full kitchen, dining area sitting room with satelite TV, family room with a large slate pool table and fireplace. Outside a 5 person hot tub on a cedar deck. Laundry facilitiesare in the basement. Nightly rate is $225 off season and a 2 night ninimum. $250 Summer and a 2 night minimum. A $40 cleaning fee per stay.    The "Honeymoon Suite" is quite romantic with a two person jetted tub in the bedroom surrounded by mirrors on two sides. It has a queen size brass canopy bed, both overlooking a cobble stone fireplace. There is a full bath, large 2 person shower with robes, kitchenette, patio with barbeque, and spectacular waterfront views of the lake! Nightly rate is $165. The "Loft Cabin" has a sleeping loft up a ladder with a single and double bed, there is a queen hide-a-bed on the main floor sitting room. The cabin has a kitchenette, full bath, and glass-fronted woodstove with wood provided. There is also a private 2 person hot tub on the patio with beautiful views of the lake. Nightly rate is $145 The "Cedarside Cabin" is small and cozy with vaulted ceiling. It has a queen size  bed in a sleeping loft, the main sitting room has a queen size futon  in front of the windows overlooking the lake. You also have kitchenette, full bath, glass-fronted woodstove and of course your own romantic spring water hot tub for 2! Nightly rate is $145. Kitchenettes are the same in all units with under the counter fridge, micro wave, hot plate, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, and all utensils. All units have a gas barbeque on the patio. Rates do not include breakfast . Enjoy a peaceful ride around the lake in one of our complimentary peddle boats, canoe, or kayak. The lake is exceptional for swimming being spring fed, it is very fresh and clean. There is even a few rainbow trout in there (for the patient) waiting to be tempted onto your hook! There is an extra person charge of $15. Children 3 and under are free. We do allow pets in the Loft or Cedarside Cabin at a pet fee of $20 per day. Minimum Stay is 2 nights in the summer 2 nights winter. Availability: Park House : open Honeymoon Suite : closed Loft Cabin : Open Cedarside Cabin : closed   Check in 3:00 PM.
