We are a quiet, semi rainforested property on a private lake only 6 kms from the township of Sooke or 50 minutes from Victoria. Many of our spectacular beaches and quaint oceanfront dining restaurants are a short drive away. Here is a breakdown of our units: Rates and Accommodation Info The "Honeymoon Suite" is quite romantic with a two person jetted tub in the bedroom surrounded by mirrors on two sides. It has a queen size brass canopy bed, both overlooking a cobble stone fireplace. There is a full bath, large 2 person shower with robes, kitchenette, patio with barbeque, and spectacular waterfront views of the lake! Nightly rate is $165. The "Sunroom Suite" has a king-sized feather bed in the main sitting room, double futon couch, and double bed in an adjoining bedroom. It has a shower bath, kitchenette, barbeque, and a private, 2 person spring-water hot tub on the patio over looking the lake.The nightly rate is $155. Both suites are under the sun-deck of the main residence but have their own private entrances and jut out close to the water. The "Loft Cabin" has a sleeping loft up a ladder with a single and double bed, there is a queen hide-a-bed on the main floor sitting room. The cabin has a kitchenette, full bath, and glass-fronted woodstove with wood provided. There is also a private 2 person hot tub on the patio with beautiful views of the lake. Nightly rate is $145 The second cabin, "Cedarside" is small and cozy with vaulted ceiling. It has a queen size brass bed in the main sitting room in front of the windows overlooking the lake. You also have kitchenette, full bath, glass-fronted woodstove and of course your own romantic spring water hot tub for 2! Nightly rate is $145. Kitchenettes are the same in all units with under the counter fridge, micro wave, hot plate, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, and all utensils. All units have a gas barbeque on the patio. Rates do not include breakfast which is optional at $12 per person. Enjoy a peaceful ride around the lake in one of our complimentary peddle boats, canoe, or kayak. The lake is exceptional for swimming being spring fed, it is very fresh and clean. There is even a few rainbow trout in there (for the patient) waiting to be tempted onto your hook! There is an extra person charge of $15. Children 3 and under are free. We do allow pets in the Loft or Cedarside Cabin at a pet fee of $20 per day. Book for 7 days and receive 1 day free. Taxes extra . Check in 3:00 PM. Check out 11:00 am. One night deposit is required upon reservation. Cancellation policy is 14 days, 30 days if reserving a week in the summer.
